## <mark style="color:blue;">**Rental units**</mark>

Unit rental (staking) is an essential part of the Freedom City ecosystem and future expansion, the rental system will be available soon after the initial mint. To give a fair chance for every holder to mint another unit using $FCC, the initial rental rewards rate will be the same for all Freedom Pass unit types until all the $FCC only units are minted. More details about the daily rewards are below.

* Master = 200 $FCC
* Penthouse = 200 $FCC

* Duplex = 300 / 375 / 450 $FCC
* Master = 450 / 565 / 675 $FCC
* Penthouse = 675 / 845 / 1010 $FCC

## <mark style="color:blue;">**Units Customization**</mark>

All units will have a unique set of furniture, floor, and wall design within the NFT attached to every Pass. But also, every holder will have a variety of customizable options within our web-first Metaverse experience to make it a natural place to hang with friends, flex their hard-earned NFTs, or relax listening to some music or watching something on the TV.

Our goal is to make the unit customization as flexible as possible, making it possible to change almost every aspect of the unit, buy additional furniture, floor types, wall painting, and much more.

## <mark style="color:blue;">**Unit’s upgrade**</mark>

Since the need for more space will arise, Freedom Pass holders will be able to upgrade their unit types, combining different passes and paying a fixed sum of $FCC, they will be able to get their desired unit type. More details are below.

* Combining 2 Studios + $FCC will upgrade to a duplex on the same floor burning the initial Studios.
* Combining 2 duplex + $FCC will upgrade to a Master unit on the same floor burning the initial Duplex.

Exact $FCC requirements and the time needed for the upgrade process will be disclosed as we closely follow our token dynamics in the first phases.
